This order form may be used to request that I bill you through Paypal, or it may be used to request a quote from me. If you choose the Paypal option, I will arrange to send you a Paypal invoice (if you change your mind about the order once you receive the invoice, all you have to do is let me know and we can cancel or alter the invoice). If you chose a quote, I will send you an email with the order information and total cost so you can decide whether you want to order and/or what shipping option you prefer to use. All orders and order inquiries will be responded to as soon as possible.
